I care about your development
I consider myself to be a very experienced music teacher of 20 years. I have taught in schools (up to 50 1-1 students per week), lectured at a B-Tec College (overseeing multiple years with varying instruments), conducted group clinics and learning events and also have my own private students (many of whom are industry professionals and some of whom are now teachers themselves). My philosophy is simple... Learn, repeat, apply and create. My specialities are within the fields of improvisation and also preparing students for performance and graded scenarios. This is not suitable for everybody, so I like to start with the end in mind. If you can be clear on where you want to be, I can show you how to get there. I cannot do the work for you, but I will guide you with my relative experience and show you how to organise and measure your practice. ​
